The design and decor of the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, really making for an immersive luxury experience.
The communication with staff at times was quite challenging, particularly during breakfast when they seemed unprepared for guests with reservations through third-party sites.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The staff exuded warmth and friendliness, making my stay welcoming. The breathtaking design and rich decor elevated the luxury experience, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
Regrettably, noisy wedding celebrations disrupted my rest. Additionally, lingering odors in the room were quite unpleasant, impacting the overall comfort.

Seamless check-in was a great start. Abdallah efficiently handled everything. The complimentary room upgrade meant my family and I were on the same floor, which was appreciated. Rooms are spacious and spotless, adorned with ornate decor that gives a palatial vibe. Breakfast and iftar buffets were massive, offering a tantalizing variety. On the flip side, the sound from a wedding party was loud even on the third floor, disrupting my sleep. While the staff promptly moved me to the fifth floor, this should be managed better in such a prestigious place. Additionally, both rooms had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which isn't ideal for sensitive guests. Each meal was an adventure, but the coffee at breakfast could definitely be upgraded to enhance the experience.
